Emergency Dental Care

Dental emergencies can happen any time. Our dentists and their teams are here to help and are trained to treat a wide range of emergencies including:

Loose Teeth

An expected rite of passage in childhood, loose teeth should stay with children. If you’re an adult with a loose tooth, call our office right away.  Whether it’s caused by a recent injury, gum disease, or another circumstance, we will do our best to save it.

Swelling

Swelling is usually a symptom of a bigger problem and should not be ignored. Contact our office immediately so we can determine its source and the best way to treat it.

Jaw Pain

Pain in your jaw could be related to temporomandibular joint disorder. TMJ disorder occurs when the jaw becomes misaligned, whether by trauma or a pre-existing condition. This should be checked as soon as possible.

Severe Mouth or Tooth Pain

Pain and discomfort in your mouth is not normal, and you should seek help quickly if you are experiencing it. Tooth pain could be a sign of an abscessed, which needs to be extracted immediately to prevent further problems.

Most dental emergencies only worsen over time and many can lead to infection, cracked/fractured teeth, and increasingly painful situations. Acting quickly gives us more treatment options and will likely save you time and money.

If you are having a dental emergency, contact our office to schedule a walk-in appointment.
